REFUNDS, TRANSFERS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

At Capoeira Brampton Malês, we aim to provide a transparent and fair approach to payments, cancellations, and refunds for all our classes, programs, and memberships. Please review the following policy before registering.
Monthly Memberships (Recurring Subscriptions)
Billing Cycle: Your membership fee will be charged automatically on the same date each month, based on your initial registration date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
No Partial Refunds: Capoeira Brampton Malês does not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused classes or mid-month cancellations.
Missed Classes: Missed classes due to personal scheduling conflicts, illness, or travel will not be refunded. However, you may be eligible for a make-up class, subject to availability and instructor discretion.
Transfers: Memberships are non-transferable. Monthly subscriptions are linked to the individual who registered and cannot be reassigned or shared with another person.
Drop-In Classes and Single Event Registrations
Refunds: Refund requests for single class or workshop registrations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received less than 48 hours before the event. However, a class credit may be issued under certain circumstances at the discretion of the instructor.
Transfers: Drop-in class and single event registrations may be transferred to another date or another individual up to 24 hours before the scheduled class, subject to space availability. Requests must be submitted through the contact form.
Workshops, Performances, and Special Events
Event-Specific Terms: Each event may have its own refund policy outlined at the time of registration. Please read those terms carefully before registering.
General Policy: Unless otherwise specified, refunds for special events require at least 7 days’ notice prior to the event start date.
Transfers: Registration may be transferred to another participant if you are unable to attend. Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the event. Transfers to a different event are not guaranteed and depend on space availability and program suitability.
Processing Time and Method
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the request. Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. Capoeira Brampton Malês is not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
How to Request a Refund, Transfer, or Cancel a Subscription
All refund, transfer, and cancellation requests must be submitted through our contact page at http://www.capoeirabrampton.com/contactus. Please include your full name, date of purchase, and the reason for your request.
