Event Registration Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms:
By registering for any class, event, or program offered by Capoeira Brampton Malês, including but not limited to weekly classes, workshops, performances, or special events (“Events”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all registrations made through the Capoeira Brampton Malês website.

Liability Waiver: All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to participating in any Capoeira Brampton Malês event. No participation will be allowed without a completed and signed waiver. Waivers are available at registration and may also be requested through the Contact Us page.

Event Modifications and Cancellations: Capoeira Brampton Malês reserves the right to modify or cancel any event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to instructor availability, weather, or insufficient registration. In the event of cancellation, a full refund or the option to transfer registration to a future event will be provided.

Participant Responsibilities: Participants are responsible for their own transportation, attire, hydration, and any required equipment. Capoeira Brampton Malês is not liable for any personal costs incurred due to schedule changes or cancellations. Participants must follow all safety guidelines and instructions from instructors.

Code of Conduct: Capoeira Brampton Malês is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment. Any participant engaging in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior may be removed from the event or program without refund.

Intellectual Property: Photos, videos, and teaching materials provided during classes or events are the intellectual property of Capoeira Brampton Malês or its instructors and may not be reused or redistributed without written permission.

Force Majeure: Capoeira Brampton Malês is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, health emergencies, or government-imposed restrictions.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
