PHOTO, VIDEO AND AUDIO RELEASE AND MEDIA CONSENT AGREEMENT

PURPOSE OF THIS AGREEMENT
At Capoeira Brampton Malês, we take pride in celebrating the energy, movement, and achievements of our students. We frequently capture photos and videos during classes, workshops, and events to share the beauty of Capoeira with our community and to promote our academy’s programs. This agreement ensures we have your clear permission to feature you or your child in our digital and print media, including our website and social media channels, as we continue to grow the Malês family.
GRANT OF RIGHTS
I, the undersigned (or the parent/legal guardian of the minor participant named above), grant to Capoeira Brampton Malês and its representatives, successors, licensees, assigns, marketing agencies, and advertising partners the unrestricted, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free right and license to photograph, film, record, and otherwise capture my or the minor participant’s image, likeness, voice, name, and performance in any format.
I authorize the use, reproduction, editing, modification, adaptation, distribution, publication, public display, broadcast, transmission, promotion, advertising, marketing, and creation of derivative works from such materials in any media now known or later developed, including but not limited to: social media platforms, academy website, email marketing, online advertising, paid social media advertisements, digital campaigns, print advertising, and commercial partnerships. Such use may occur without further notice, approval, or compensation.
I waive any right to inspect or approve the final content, advertising copy, or specific use of the materials. All recordings and related materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Capoeira Brampton Malês.
PRIVACY AND REVOCATION
In accordance with our Privacy Policy (www.capoeirabrampton.com/privacy), full legal names will not be published in connection with media materials without separate written consent. First names or Capoeira nicknames (Apelidos) may be used.
I understand that I may revoke this consent at any time by providing written notice via the Contact Us page at www.capoeirabrampton.com/contactus. Revocation applies only to future uses and does not require the removal of materials already published, distributed, or used in advertising prior to the date of revocation.
MARKETING AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
If you select the 'Sign up for news and updates' option, you expressly consent to receiving commercial electronic messages from Capoeira Brampton Malês (program updates, event announcements, and promotions) in accordance with Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation. I understand that consent may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in such emails or the website contact page.
FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND AGREEMENT
By entering my name below, checking the 'I AGREE' box, and clicking 'I AGREE & SUBMIT', I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions of this Photo, Video, and Audio Release and Media Consent Agreement. I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older, or the lawful parent/guardian of the minor participant, and I authorize this release on their behalf.
